The 52” U3 upright has the equivalent soundboard area of a conservatory grand.  The depth and balance of tone is very musical and satisfying with a prominent bass and forward midrange.  And the precise Yamaha action will suit even an advanced pianist’s needs.

The vast majority of these pianos are produced with an ebony finish — more practical and cost-effective for institutional and home use.  However, some discerning folks want a bit more luxury in their finer things and prefer natural wood veneers.  Our U3 is housed in a gorgeous high-polish ribbon-mahogany that adds a touch of modern warmth to any room.
