PianoWerkes Online Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you buy a Yamaha Clavinova digital or Avant Hybrid piano online from us and are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Here’s how it works:

• Request a Return Authorization by sending an email to orders@classicpianos.net within 30 days of purchase. Include the date of your purchase and your order number. We’ll reach out within two business days to help arrange your return. Note: We cannot accept returns for pianos featuring a special order finish.
• Your piano must be returned in factory-new condition and with all accessories, manuals, and accessories, in its original packaging provided by the manufacturer.
• Incomplete returns, items that show wear, abuse, or neglect may be refused and/or subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
• You’re responsible for the return shipping cost; if free shipping was included in your initial purchase, that cost will be subtracted from your total refund.
• Please insure your package and send your tracking number via email to make sure to package your return securely and send it insured.
• Shipments must have a tracking number.
• Your product must be returned within 10 days of the date of your orders@classicpianos.net of your Return Authorization approval.
• Your refund will be issued via the same method of original payment within 14 days of the return being received.
