From 1983 to 2006, Yamaha produced some smaller vertical and grand pianos in the USA, in Thomaston, GA.

There is something about the consoles from this factory that made them sound much larger than they actually were; and they hold up quite well over time if maintained.

We think they are one of the best values in the current preowned piano market.

This Thomaston-built M215 is a traditional French Provincial style console with very nice carved details in a warm satin cherry cabinet.  It was very well cared for.
