All Petrof pianos are handcrafted in Petrof's Hradec Králové plant . . . located in the Czech Republic . . . and are made of pure European origin, carrying the European Trademark of Excellence.
Piano “production” is based upon traditional techniques done by hand, with focus on the resulting tone color and top surface treatment. Modern elements of Petrof design include magnetically-balanced action, enabling correction of play weight and quick repetition in the whole key range.
Therefore, Petrof pianos are designed to adapt to the requirements and individual abilities of each player – from demanding concert artist, to budding young pianist.
